Good location for business meetings in Shah Alam area, friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool area and gardens. I had a recently renovated room that was good sized and very comfortable. Small but well equipped gym with nice helpful staff.
Entire pool area was closed for a private company function on the Saturday, so a planned end to a business trip of a relaxing day by the pool area was not possible. As an alternative you could go to the pool at the Golf Club to which you are taken by car but this was not at all as nice as the pool and gardens at the hotel and was inconvenient. I think the hotel should make separate provisions for this type of company fuction rather than inconvenience other guests. This shows poor judgement and is disrespectful of other guests plans and wishes.

A wide varieties of breakfast from western cuisine to eastern cuisine. I love the food that were served. Their hospitality were superb. Will stay here again in future.

Location: the hotel was near the airport, an island inside kuala lumpur, and nearby mall and restaurants. There were good choice of restaurants to eat, like Thai Nyonya that was only 15 minutes' walk away, liked where it was positioned...
Wi-Fi was a bit slow; disappointing breakfast, a little disappointed.
